Step 3: Preview Sessions
We offer bidders the opportunity to inspect selected lots prior to the auction beginning. Previews are available by appointment only at our head office. Our expert staff are always on hand to assist, answer questions and provide condition reports.
Step 2: Registration
Register online by providing valid contact information and a credit card for verification. Once approved, you will receive your unique bidding paddle number, granting you full access to participate in the upcoming sale.
Step 4: Bidding & Payment
Participate live via our online bidding platform on auction day, or submit absentee bids in advance if you cannot attend. Winning bidders benefit from secure, encrypted payment processing and fully insured, trackable shipping options worldwide.

What fees apply to winning bids?
A standard Buyer’s Premium applies to the hammer price of all won lots. There are also shipping, handling and optional transit insurance fee structures that are calculated based on the package weight, value and destination.
Can I view coins before bidding?
Yes. We host dedicated preview sessions prior to every auction. You can book a private viewing appointment online for available dates leading up to the sale. Lot viewings for upcoming auctions are restricted to our flagship head office in Hendra, Brisbane. Join our mailing list to receive updates on future viewings.
If you cannot attend in person, our digital catalogue features professional, high-resolution photography and comprehensive grading information to help you bid with total peace of mind.
How do I register for upcoming auctions?
You can register directly on our website by filling out the registration form, verifying your identity, and linking a valid credit card. Am I able to register an item I wish to sell at auction?
Yes. If you have coins, banknotes or unique items you would like to sell, you can submit them to us for auction consideration by completing our online Consignment Form. Once submitted, our specialists and expert team will evaluate your items to determine their suitability and estimate their auction value. Alternatively, you can book ahead for an in-person appraisal at our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne offices.
