Rome mint, issued 161-162, (24.45 g), obv. M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXIIII, laureate head to right of Marcus Aurelius to right, rev. SALVTI AVG COS III around, S C across field, Salus standing left, feeding snake twined round altar, (cf.S.4998, RIC 964, C.544). Attractive bronze patination, good very fine and rare in this condition.
