Copper penny by Allen & Moore, 31mm, 9.65g, obv. wide (8mm) gap in legend below date, rev. lower curl sits between 2 & 4, dies as Lampard I:B, toned brown with richer red areas, some reverse contact marks & rim knocks, otherwise lightly handled and about extremely fine, (A- /R- / L.304d).
Side note: *Extremely rare, possibly unique, mule die combination, first reported by Lampard in the RNSNZ Journal of June 1983.
